How Optimal Chiropractic 33×'d Their Google Rankings

The challenge

Dr. Barney and Dr. Andrew had run Optimal Chiropractic in West Fargo, North Dakota for nearly a decade and already had a solid practice. But their online marketing had been a revolving door of companies and inconsistent results, their website was out of date, and they were about to open in a brand-new location they needed to own in search.

What we did

CHIROBASIX rebuilt their website and took over the whole online presence — a true one-stop shop covering local SEO and Facebook advertising. The doctors kept making the content they’re great at; we handled everything else and modernized the entire operation.

The results

The map tells it first. In March 2024, a 49-point scan of Google’s local results across the Fargo metro put Optimal at an average map rank of 12.1 — red across most of the grid. Eight months later, the same scan averaged 2.2, ranking Optimal in the top 3 across nearly the entire metro for “chiropractor.”

The organic numbers followed. Per SEMrush, Optimal went from ranking for roughly 60 keywords to 1,956 — a 33× jump — with 12 keywords sitting in Google’s top 3. They went from inconsistent to one of the most-found chiropractors in their market.
