The challenge
Dr. Brent Johnson had spent a few years as an associate before opening his own office — Castle Hills Chiropractic in the heart of San Antonio. What we did

And the organic footprint kept compounding: from 2 keywords at launch to 500+ keywords ranking on Google by May 2026 (Semrush).
